At Klassy Network, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
